Broadmoor Crime Prevention & Improvement District
January 6th, 2015Welcome to the Broadmoor Crime Prevention & Improvement District website. During the 2012 Legislative Session House Bill 252/Act 248 was introduced at the request of Broadmoor Residents’ Association to amend legislation that passed in 2010 creating the Broadmoor Crime Prevention & Improvement District (BCPID). The legislation has a provision that charges a flat $100 parcel fee from each homeowner annually. This legislation passed by 65% of the voters.

Our meeting schedule for 2020 is as follows:
February 3, 2020 at 5:30 pm – Broadmoor United Methodist Church – Adult Education Building, corner of Sharp Road & Mollylea

Private Police Patrol
BCPID provides a private police patrol to maintain security in our neighborhood.
Residents should call 911 when they have an emergency.
