Broadmoor Crime Prevention & Improvement District

January 6th, 2015

Welcome to the Broadmoor Crime Prevention & Improvement District website.  During the 2012 Legislative Session House Bill 252/Act 248 was introduced at the request of Broadmoor Residents’ Association to amend legislation that passed in 2010 creating the Broadmoor Crime Prevention & Improvement District (BCPID).  The legislation has a provision that charges a flat $100 parcel fee from each homeowner annually.  This legislation passed by 65% of the voters.

On December 5, 2020 the residents renewed the flat $100 parcel fee not to exceed $150 starting 2023 and ending in 2032.
